If Nigeria is a serious country with working institutions where anyone can be investigated, that statement alone will put him in jail. I have never experienced a mindless talker of a senate president like him. To think that he is our No 3 citizen!!!!!

The man has no restraint. He jam talk too much. He doesn't know what not to say. If it was a serious country where rule of law is sacrosanct he would have been picked up for long for many of his gaffes.
