You don't understand the evil plan..He wants fubaras thugs to engage his thugs so that they will have the excuse to remove Fubura by calling a state of emergency in the state by Tinubu and then put their own man there or one military man loyal to Tinubu so that they can secure 2027 in rivers state,that's why the security withdrew men from the LGA Secretariat pretending to be doing the rigjt thing but truth is he removed his men so that thugs will unleash chaos and cause the President to declare state of emergency in rivers,wicked men indeed.

So it's a dicey situation for Fubura and he has to be very smart and draw the attention of the international community to what is happening in his democratic state.
