Do you know there are English speaking and French speaking countries in Africa? What makes you think there isn’t a rotation from Anglophone to Francophone?

Francophone people are many in that AFDB

Most consultancy jobs goes to people from Francophone countries as people from Francophone are heading some of the juicy positions already

Those of us that are consultants are aware of the divisions in that organization between Anglophone and Francophone country.

If you look at the names of decision makers in that bank, mostly are from Francophone countries.

If that Senegalese man enters, he would continue in that tradition of Francophone domination.

I prefer the lady from SA or the Zambian counterparts but certainly, not the Senegalese.
