Can anyone identify this snake and is it a poisonous species?

That's a halophite species from the swahala region of Peru .. . It's not poisonous

This was actually killed in Nigeria and not Peru.

I mean it was first discovered in Peru... Anyway it's a friendly snake, when u see one don't kill it
