I have personal beef with EFCC investigating people but deep down they're corrupt.

Of a truth, EFCC have become a tool for politicial witch hunt of opponents.
While those loyal to the ruling party are left alone.
They allow Politicians who are the bigger thieves to walk freely while chasing the petty petty yahoo boys on the streets.

So after collecting allocation from FG, they should not be made to account for what they collected but allow to use it as they dim fit.
If they tell you to carry your protest to your state government, your bad belleism no go allow you do that.

Very watery argument by the States. Infact a 300 level law student in any university can write the judgement within 30 minutes dismissing this vexatious matter. Yes, it is United Nations Convention that was copied and reduced into law, but it was enacted by the National Assembly. Several of our laws were copied from somewhere. Once the national Assembly passes the law, you cannot question the source.

How can a commission created to fight corruption, now becomes the architect of corruption, helping corrupt politicians and rich folks to enshrine in more corruption.

In the case of Bobrisky, EFCC denying the fact that they dropped the money laundering charge against him is simply a safe-face tactic. Their best option is to investigate and ring down the officer to make Nigerians place their hopes on them.

You think it will make a difference? What we are lacking is leaders willing to do the right thing.

The state governors are less concerned about the constitutionality of EFCC and more concerned about not being probed financially.
