The safety measures required to use CNG far exceed the capability of everyday Nigeria. Our maintenance culture is not at par to avoid unintended explosions and facilities.
Not to talk of the fact that our people reason as if their brains are installed backwards (or upside down)

The average Nigerian is too dull to run a CNG fueled motor vehicle safely, on daily bases

GBAM U JUST SPOKEN THE MINDS OF A MILLIONS PPL... HOWEVER THAT GNC.. IT'S A SET JUST LIKE GAS.
LandMann:
I pity for people that will be sucked into this CNG madness

That was how they deceived Nigerians to drop firewood and kerosene for cooking gas because they made kerosene fricking expensive while cooking gas was cheap at less than N300 2 years+ ago.

Today everyone is using cooking gas.... but

Cooking gas price is now N1350

Figure out the rest.

Never trust a country run by thieves and crooked politicians

Exactly what I said some weeks ago & one idiot was quoting me. As far as the economy is not ok, the price of anything that is in high demand would certainly increase

CNG is far safer. Do you realize that the back seat in most cars are sitting directly on the fuel tank? CNG is installed in the car boot

Please what happened to Gazzuz?
crestedaguiyi:
hope my brothers are free to go into this business.

For them not to have taken this business up all this time means there is something the government is not telling the masses, and I believe the cost the government is charging for this conversion is outrageous.

Gazzuz once told us the cost of this conversion on this forum. It wasn't up to half of what the government is charging. You can go through his thread for a clue.

Rest in Peace to him

I doubt cng will be like thay sha unless one crooked politicians decided to tax it.

Cng doesn't need refining unlike petrol or LPG. LPG is a product of crude oil.

All you need for cng is just to extract/mine it and it's ready for use unlike petrol/LPG that need a lot of investments to become a product.

So I don't see cng going LPG way. But then, one useless president may decided to tax it in the future to make it more expensive.
