Personally I don’t see how he will ever reverse these increases . Nigerians have a tremendous threshold of tolerance fuel by tribalism ,poverty and religious sentiments. Even if I am Tpain, I will be curious and experiment to see how far I can go before Nigerians say enough is enough .

Less than 3weeks ago fuel was 630 per liter. Now it's 1030 per liter. How can u increase 400 naira at a go. On 1 liter of fuel? Wat kind of wickedness is this. Who did we offend in this country? Let's just end it with a war. Cos it's obvious things are not getting any better or easier... God will punish tinubu and his family..

ÑNPCL is not holding anyone to ransom.

NNPCL wanted to be the sole offtaker from Dangote so that, among other things, subsidy will be easier to coordinate but Nigerians, as usual misled by publicity-hungry 'experts' on Arise TV protested that NNPCL should not be.

So, now, NNPCL is saying they will grant your wish, and will no longer be the sole offtaker. It is now all man to himself.

Everyone that has a filling station is now free to buy directly from Dangote.

NNPCL too will buy from Dangote and sell through its own filling stations at its chosen price.

You too can buy from Dangote and sell at whatever price works for you.

In my view, this development marks the moment in the history of Nigeria when petrol subsidy is finally GONE.

The National Assembly have been turned into a kids candy store.

...I think you are saying the truth..they know that if the price of fuel is cheap nigerians will ignore the CNG gas...but the CNG gas cylinder is expensive it's from 300,000 naira to a million naira depending on the size of the CNG gas cylinder..how many nigerians can afford to buy it
