Many Nigerians have unidentified mental health problems because we don't take mental health serious.
Almost all those people who say they see visions like herbalist, pastors, man's etc are schizophrenic. It's a serious mental health challenge.

Not medically qualified but I think mental health takes a toll on physical appearance, for instance look at Olu Jacobs and Bruce Willis, may GOD heal them.
