MANY OF YOU HAVE ERRORS ON SOME OF YOUR DOCUMENTS CLARIFICATION ON HOW YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR COURSE OF STUDY, CORRECTION OF NAMES AND CORRECTION OF DATE OF BIRTH DURING NYSC ONLINE REGISTRATION READ TO THE END CORRECTION OF COURSE OF STUDY DURING NYSC ONLINE REGISTRATION If your course of study in jamb is different from the one you graduated with in your school don't panic and don't waste your money going to jamb office for change of course There is a column for change of course during nysc online registration, after your nysc online registration you are going to click on change of course and change it to your course of study you graduated with CORRECTION OF NAME DURING NYSC ONLINE REGISTRATION If your name is not well arranged or spelling errors don't panic their is a provision for correction of spelling errors and rearrangement of names during nysc online registration. IMPORTANT UPDATE REMOBILIZATION PORTAL IS ON TILL ON THE 29TH OF THIS MONTH. But what exactly is remobilization❓ REMOBILIZATION is the registration for those that went to camp and were admitted into NYSC, but along the line, they absconded or better still, they ran away. Once you miss 3 consecutive clearances, you are automatically an absconded corper. So remobilisation is done to admit those that absconded back into the scheme, they are to either start afresh or start from where they stopped, depending on the category of their offence as considered by the scheme. If you are in such a category, do fast to do your registration because the remobilization portal opens once in every Batch. If you remobilize, you will start from where you stopped and serve in the state you ran from. |

REMOBILIZATION is registration for those that went to NYSC camp and were admitted into the NYSC scheme but along the line maybe during the camp or after the camp or during their PPA, they absconded or better still, they ran away or forgot about NYSC for some reasons. Once admitted, all Corps members are to serve for a period of 12 calendar months including the camping. So remobilization is done to admit those that absconded back into the scheme, they are to either start afresh or start from where they stopped, depending on the category of their offence as considered by the scheme. |

Frequently Asked questions about senate list 1. When will the uploading of Name stop? It doesn't stop, uploading of Senate list continues till registration ends. 2. Who will upload the names onlone, me or my school? Well your school is the one who will upload your list to nysc portal. 3. How will I know they have uploaded my name? Simple as ABC, Keep in touch with your school students affairs. They will tell you when you own list will be uploaded. 4. How will I see my name on the list when uploaded? You will check the name when your school upload via the NYSC portal in your phone or cyber Cafe. 5. Does senate guarantee that I will register and go with the present batch? Yes, once your name is uploaded online on the NYSC SENATE LIST, You are going to be able to register successfully. 6. What will I do if I see an error on my uploaded details on SENATE LIST. You are to go to your school to rectify that. Immediately you see the error, enter the first flight to your school students affairs office to complain for correction. |

[b]Pls I did change of name in 2022 after I got admission in 2018, which is my first name, I changed the name in both my school and nin and I have an affidavit and newspaper publication but I had no idea to change it with jamb, I graduated last year 2023. I just got mobilized on September and the old name is appearing on the Senate list I was told to go to jamb office and rectify it, I got an indemnity form to fill and submit to my school admission officer on 19th September 2024 of which I did and my school admission officer requested for my o'level result, school admission letter, affidavit and newspaper publication, I asked him the next step he said my documents will be sent to jamb office and it ll be uploaded and send to Abuja for approval, please I don't know how long it will take. Please do anyone or has anyone had such issue before which has been rectified as said?? Please I need a reply, thank you 🙏🙏 |

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION UPLOADING OF SENATE LIST IS ONGOING During the NYSC online registration, there are two categories of prospective corps members that will register: 1. Foreign Students and 2. Home trained Students. NYSC Documents for foreign Students needed to take to cyber Cafe are as follow: 1. International Passport 2.Degree or HND Certificate ( original not the statement of result.) 3. O'Level result(Original from Waec office) 4. Passport photograph 5. Evaluation letter ( for those that are yet to be evaluated) 6. Resident permit to study in the country. 7. NIN SLIP NYSC Documents for Nigerian students The only documents Nigerian Trained graduate should upload is "passport photograph, NIN SLIP and requirements will be input NYSC Documents for married women married women, must upload the following to make NYSC post you to where your husband reside; 1. Marriage Certificate 2. Newspaper change of Name 3. Husband's ID card 4. Utility Bill 5. Husband's domicile letter 6. NIN SLIP 7. NYSC BATCH C 2024 UPDATE The information below is for Nigerian graduates 👇 ✅ Confirm your name is found on jamb matriculation list. ✅Name on the Jamb Portal must tally with that of school. Take note that your name, State of origin and date of birth will be gotten from JAMB for mobilization. If you have any issues with your name as regards your institution, kindly contact your school, if it is with jamb, go to the jamb office, if it is with NIN, go to the NIMC office. NYSC won't accept the disparity of names and no avenue to add or remove name on nysc portal but you can apply for name arrangements and correction of missed letter(s) on your dashboard that's after a successful registration. ✔️ The date of graduation on your statement of result and date of graduation on Mobilization list which will then be sent to NYSC senate list when it's out is important so take note of it. ✅ Your statement of result must contain Day, month and year of graduation. ✅ Course, gender and Grade must tally as stated on your statement of result, although you can apply for correction on nysc portal after successful registration and inform your school to approve the request.
