The issue is this: if you make a down payment on a commodity with price flexibility and without an agreement on price at due delivery date, at what price should the seller sell to you if price changes after payment?
I believe a contract must have been drawn to address these issues before IPMAN members made those down payments else Oyobo! Money don waka.

Throwing the blame to where it should be shouldn't be a reason to disregard the vulture (Dangote) that wants to prey on carcass.

People are expecting nnpc to buy petrol from dangote and sell it at the same price that nnpc bought it from dangote.

Well it's good for nigerians,cos I remember the fight I had online with some that where in full support with APC when they were about to come on board . It's good that we are all going through it together but the funny thing is that APC supporters are not standing erect because of hunger .it's a shame that APC would into power with all sort of lies to collect power from PDP and nigerians expect them to be truthfull.
