Many Nigerians would trade the democratic system for the higher standard of living enjoyed in countries like Qatar, which operates under monarchies (different from the system in UK and the Netherlands)

"Democracy" offers the illusion of choice and freedom, but it falls short. The recent Israeli genocide in 2024 has further undermined the argument for democracy or a so-called democratic principle.

All governments will abuse its power for its own benefits. The difference is one will gaslight you into thinking they truly uphold these principles. Others don't.

Whether it is a monarchy, a democracy, or a dictatorship, if a government can deliver a high quality of life, many people will overlook the flaws until the Western powers decide the government does not benefit them and then it is not democratic enough for them, and incite others against them.

You would have done well if you didn't take yourself to be a fool who quote people out context, so if I say only fools quote people out of context and accuse them of what they are not, are you in such category? even if I quote you, is it not a continuation to a point you have raised, if you are not such people who quote people out of context, then you shouldn't have bothered.
