Yahweh is Yahweh. It has no transliteration or interpretation. As a matter of fact, the meaning of Yahweh is I am that I am in the Old Testament. So Allah as a word cannot replace Yahweh. What Allah can replace is Elohim and that's a generic name not a tetragrammaton.
