Pls can someone in his right sense(pls no obidient idiot should interfer pls) to tell me how can a governor of a state called Fubara or whatever is a pdp and the speaker of the House of Assembly and 27 lawmakers are apc and 23 LGA chairmen are APP?

Pls I couldn't figure my head round these political confusion. I need sane person to explain to me pls as I said if any cursed obidient quote me Ogun + thunder + amadioha go kill you tonight.

The 23 chairmen are PDP... they used APP as a special purpose vehicle to get into office. They'll decamp once the PDP gets its head outta its ass.

The 27 lawmakers are PDP that stupidly defected on the orders of Wike during one of his drunken episodes ,a mess that has finished them!

It was the president that ordered both parties to withdraw all cases from court during the peace accord. This politics is all messed up.

He will still lose on technicalities. The number of days permitted by law to file a counter affidavit at the lower court has passed and judgement made. Hence, his appeal stand on nothing. This case is gone. Funeral candy win Wish through Judiciary. Wike is a Lawyer, his wife is a judge. Also, Wike has been into political court case s before Funeral was Introduced into politics.

The court held that Governor Fubara withdrew his counter-affidavit at the lower court in the matter and as such cannot commence an appeal in a matter he didn’t challenge at the trial stage.

He has to start afresh again that is the meaning of the judgement

This Fubara ego will finish him, he is fighting those that tactically and technically on ground anytime any day in the game of politics. He is gradually going the way of black cat hunting a prey in the dark.

They will finish him at the right time. But Wait o, why was it hardd for him to corner Wike in hijacking the legislators even before the onslaught began knowing fully well that this kind war would happen in future. Anyways, I wish him best of luck.

it means that he can't put something on nothing.

meaning that his only option is to re-present the budget to the court recongized speaker.

and it also means that what every decision the speaker takes after this, is binding on the governor as such is very certain that impeachment will liking commence anytime soon and the police will obey the valied court judgment .

The bitter pills now is that no state court can upturn this judgment unless suprem court but unfortunately the doest have a case to appeal since he has withdraw it from the high court in the past.

The governor is 95% out of office.

Governor Fubara actually played into the hands of his enemies by signing the peace agreement that made him withdraw from the case at the high Court level.
Sad.

Spending without appropriation is an impeachable offence as well as a criminal offence.

Except the Supreme Court rescues Fubara, he will do so much jail term he’ll regret ever accepting to be governor of Rivers State in the first instance.
