at that age? Those men will never be poor, even their great great great grandchildren
They can be poor if money stops flowing in.

Even Oyedepo can be poor if he does not have access to continue
milking people again.

There is no church without a board of trustees. It's important for continuity. And if you must register your church with the Nigerian government, you also need one. On paper, it is not a one man business.
Why bother to answer that fellow? You can clearly see one thing:

a) Most Nigerians exhibit a startling level of ignorance about SO MANY THINGS. How can someone not even know the legal requirements of registering an entity such as a church?
b) People throw comments about matters where they do not have the facts, and they are so confident in their ignorance.
c) Most do not understand how society even operates. That is why their political leaders can kick them around so much, as they do not know their rights under the constitution.

I'm not a winner, I don't care but surprised Abioye has been pushed out with sense.

Bishop Abioye retiring from Living Faith Church.
This is shocking
He is not the first Bishop to retire from Winners. The age has always been set at 60 years. The moment he was moved from LFC Goshen to do a global missionary oversight function in 2022 and from there to Lokogoma, we knew his time had come. Nothing shocking about it.

I am not a member. I am a true Winner and a disciple. Served as unit head in a foreign mission as well. Was part of those who built one of the new churches that started in 2017 and now a blossoming branch. There are loads of guys who worked with us who gave their sweat and blood for the ministry.

Mike, who worked in a block industry for months to purchase equipment with his own money. Now an owner of several block industries and at least 2 houses. Oluwa, who furnished the whole church with her money. A retired Naija soldier who used to walk the streets evangelizing Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are many I cannot count, including those who rehabbed many Naija Yahoo boys and runs girls who were languishing in prison.

These are the real people who put in their effort to ensure that God's Word was heard through that young Winners satellite church with tangible proofs. Their lives have all changed for the better. These people are people I worked with and I salute them. When I left that country to Barbados, I cried. These are the real Winners, not those who claim they are members.

I have nothing to do with people who claim to be "members" but who have probably never even read The Mandate.

You are a rebel. Like Korah, you will perish except you repent. I have nothing to do with people like you or anyone else who is a winner by sticker, not a Winner at heart. Church is a mixed multitude. There are many MEMBERS, but very few DISCIPLES.
Keep q.uiet with your self righteous hypocrisy and and subtle insults at the guy.

He told you the truth.
Deal with it !!

May the Lord help the test of us ministers to do more and achieve more in the gospel than they.
Congrats to them.
May their services be acceptable unto the Lord.

Let me tell you something, I knew about you this more than 10 years ago.
So, I was privy to see the Trustee Documents of LFC and in that document, Oyedepo, Mama and David Jr. were listed as Trustees. Abioye was also listed but David Jr. was higher than the Abioye. Aremu wasn't posted at all.
When I saw it, I smiled and shook my head.

We all know what we are doing. All of us.
But Abioye is not complaining about it, even if what saw is correct, Abioye seems to be happy with all the changes going on with the Winners Family otherwise he would have l left long ago, l think the Winner's church wants to avoid the unpleasant experience that happened to IDAHOSAS CHURCH, CCC church,Tb Joshua etc and several other Ministries in different parts of the world were there was no laid down succession plan and after the demise of the Founder, crises erupted sad

Re: Bishops David Abioye And Thomas Aremu Retire From Living Faith Church by janeedema(f): 8:14am On Oct 11, 2024
It is Bibilcal. Bishop didn't write the Bible.

**Numbers 8:24-25 (NIV)**, it says:

**"This applies to the Levites: men twenty-five years old or more shall come to take part in the work at the tent of meeting, but at the age of fifty, they must retire from their regular service and work no longer."**

Besides, it is best to start a precedence now. So subsequently no one leader after Bisbop has gone to be with the Lord will take the church as their family asset. I loveeee the Living Faith Church. This is so epic.

Indeed, Jesus is Lord.

Here, the age of retirement for the Levites is set at 50, not even 58.

So it is very Biblical.

Leave church to manage their policies and rules. Did Bishop Abioye complain to you?

What is all this nonsense of trying to tell churches how they run their policies.

My Brother, if you are Christian, you will not be angry and threatenedme with death as punishment. Ask yourself, which do you believe, Mandate or Bible?

All those you have listed above succeeded not because they mopped the church floor but by grit and determination to succeed. Because for every 4 members you listed above , there are thousands of other members who couldn't make it pass 20k a month 'achievement' who not invested sweat and blood but all of themselves.

Brother continue to worship man.
Long time ago, I have conditioned myself to listen to men to comprehend and audit their motive.

I will never condem you for your stand, please don't threaten me with 'Perish' again. Peace.
He didn’t need to “threaten” you. You will reap the fruits of your lips. He told you the simple truth. Unless you repent watch your life henceforth. It were better to refrain from commenting on matters that are not of concern to you or you know little about than to comment on them. That is wisdom!

They don’t get it. The gifts and callings of God are for a lifetime. They will keep speaking until you stop speaking or contact can no longer be made with the carrier of the gift. Elisha’s bones raised the dead! Keneth Hagins books still minister Grace long after his death. Get understanding.
