You sell some of your farm produce?
stagger:
Fear mongering.
You do not need more than half a plot of land to farm all a family needs for food. I have a section on my own farm where I produce tomatoes, pepper, plantain, oranges, coconut, pawpaw, ugu, water leaf and bitter leaf. My cassava I harvested from another location gave me 300kg of gari. Abakaliki rice I bought when it was still 38,000 a bag...we never finish am. Beans harvest is due in November. Corn we eat and also use some for our birds.

I have palm oil from another land where I have palm trees. Same land also gives me pineapples. I have goats, chickens. The only thing I buy is onions and condiments, many of which I bought in bulk for those with long expiry dates.

The problem is Nigerians do not think and do not make any effort at positive innovation. They just sit and complain and complain and complain. Even as fuel is expensive, how many have thought to save up to buy bicycles and use this as a made of transport just as is done in Tokyo and Utrecht?

Feeding a family is a conscious decision which should be made by EVERY MAN worth his salt.

Imagine a family of 5 to 10 children eating everyday in this Tinubu's era, it won't be easy at all

This is apart from School fees, house rent and other miscellaneous

Fuel price has gone up again which will further affect food prices in the market, where are we heading to?
A man living under his condition with 6 children and more to come yet you blame the government!

life isn't easy at all I must confess. We're family of 5, if I tell you how much I spent in a month u will pity me. Imagine those men earning 150k or 200k or less in a month, I wonder how they cope.
Anything less than 200k in a month is total rubbish!
A family of 4 or 5 spends nothing less than 50k per week on meagerly feeding, not talking about transportation and school fees.

We are not in trouble. Trouble is in us.

This is not Tinubulation. This is stupidity. Just because Tinubu is an !d!0t shouldn't be a reason to blame everything on him. Was Tinubu already in power when they started shitting out these pikins?

By the way, the black figure in blue pants, is that the grandfather or the wife of the man? If she's the wife, then I bet 2 odds that she's the one who bought that food.

On a more serious note, this is a good example of how we keep recycling poverty in Africa as a result of our stupidity. Only a miracle will help any of these kids to break out of this vicious cycle. This photo is getting me very angry.
God provided yahoo business... The boys will breakout sooner than you think. The consequences comes back to the society the useless leaders created. The chain reaction is the zoo will remain the zoo forever.

Some basstards still dey do wedding every Saturday.

I just dey pity my x. She wasn't looking good when I saw her with her child.

The same thing she kept disturbing me for but told her to wait that I had plans & she couldn't wait.
And she should wait for you when you ain't ready? Tomorrow, it's still you guys that will call her evening newspaper after wasting her time with you. By the way, that she isn't looking good does not mean she's in financial constraints. You know can tell. Even if she is, her tomorrow might be better than yesterday if she and her husband are objective people.

I for one sometimes do not look good when I come out and my reason is that I am a first time mom, even though my baby is 10 months old, but I am still struggling with motherhood. Having disrupted night rest daily just to breastfeed and put my my baby back to sleep consistently, caring for and cleaning my baby's mess, running my business, caring for the home everyday day as I detest dirtiness and the most challenging for me is planning and making meals. Omo! This part hard me die. My husband is very helpful honestly but he sometimes tells me to learn it that it's a mother's skill. When I was single, I don't really care much about cooking and what I will eat cos I can easily sort myself out. Hmm, I equally want to encourage ladies to start developing kitchen planning early on because it's an integral part of motherhood. You must cook and give your child a healthy meal everyday. It's just a lot to say but I will stop here for now. But then I must say motherhood is not really easy. Everything is on you as a mother: imagine I will put my baby to sleep in the evening just for me to use the bathroom, within 5 minutes I am in the bathroom she will wake and start crying and won't be pacified by her daddy. She will crawl to the bathroom and be pushing the bathroom door because she knows it's where am usually at. Motherhood is sweet but not easy at the same time

There is no hardship in Nigeria. It is a lifestyle.

Even if you want to remove Nigerians from the so-called hardship, they will vehemently resist it. They cherish the lifestyle.

The people can born because they can afford to raise those kids. The vast majority of Nigerians cannot even afford to feed themselves and so should not be in the business of popping out babies even if like the British, etc. This very simple logic should not take so much to realize. undecided
