Courts don't listen to emotions as u r displaying. There r processes to direction and not just by words of mouth. If it's only by words of mouth, I can deny it subsequently. The APC had come up and denied that d 26 law makers r not their members because their names r no where in APC register but in PDP register. And PDP had long claimed them to b their members. So, that alone settles it. Again, it's only d Court that has d jurisdiction to declare d seat(s) of any defector vacant in d case of giving effect to d Constitutional provision and not d governor of a state or anyone. And no one, not even d President can oust d jurisdiction of d Court to give effect to and or interpret d law. Fubara should subject himself to d rule of law n not d rule of men. It seems Wike and his gang r more smart n intelligent more. They believe in d rule of law and d lower of Court.
