Hi builders and engineers in the house. I'm planning to start building my family house next week. It's 4-bedroom bungalow with a security house. Please help me assess this building plan sent to me by the architect. The available land is one plot. Any criticism is welcome. I don't want to make any mistakes

How do you walk into a compound and the first thing you see is a toilet? Why is the entrance not facing front? So someone at the parlour or setting can easily hear someone taking a shower and walking from those two rooms over there? Man i don’t know the inspiration behind this design but everything is wrong with this plan. Just take a look at the dinning, doesn’t look right at all.

my bro everything is wrong with this plan my question is why is the entrance not facing the gate? And if you need only 2 toilets there are better ways to get that than this I think this design needs an overhaul.

Truly the design is just irregular

The kitchen and the dinning are just world apart
Moving food from kitchen takes a long walk
