Abuja on the other hand is the capital of Nigeria been developed by oil money the same way Lagos was developed as capital of Nigeria for more than 30 years with oil money, no other state have that privileges in Nigeria.

The structure has already been built for Lagos to stand and they hold tight to sabotaging the sea port and international airport in other regions.

In a proper independent Nation (not Royal Niger company), you will need a metro from Nnewi to Niger bridge.

Metro should be a normal way of transportation to ease of road transportation.(intra-state)

It should be, but it costs money to maintain and to operate

Even Lagos, it has taken them nearly 2 decades to do one quarter of what they are supposed to do for their metro

Nigeria as a country is over reliant on one source of income..most of the country is not taxed by government, and we use loans to fill up any deficit, then comes in corrupt behavior.

Derivation cannot pay for the kind of metro system Lagos has.

The fact is, Nigeria is not earning enough money. That is why I consider this government useless , and past government just as useless. It is also why corruption affects us so badly, yet we refuse to fight it up till now.

It is also why the derivation, even if it is spent properly and without looting, won't pay for a metro system for port Harcourt or uyo

Even Lagos, what they have done is one quarter of what needs to be done, and after 15 years. It is very very expensive.

On this site, I try to show Nigerians how poor we are and what we need to do to earn more money. But most of us are not ready to face reality, and most of you will rather call me a tinubu supporter or mock me.
