After 2 weeks,he came to ask that he has not received,

When you don't like it,you would wait 14 days for refund,they won't refund you on the spot never.

I'll never ever in my life use Jumia again. Jeeeezz!! How can delivery be taking close to 2 weeks and no one is picking up? Ahhh.. local delivery oh.

Even AliExpress is 3 weeks now. Tufiaaa!!!

The updated tracking number starts with UT but never work on speedaf platform.

It says Failed delivery since 27th of September, and nothing yet till now...
I have called the immediate post office and all post offices around, none of them said they have it.
What could have happened?

E don land final final since 27th Sep.
The wrong Post office it went to, 4 to 5 towns/neighbourhood from mine, said the day it came to them, it didn't stay, they sent it to mine immediately, the same day. 27th September.

Even it was misrouted again, maybe to main sorting centre and very worst case scenario, sent again to the senior post office ahead of thr one that controls my area, it's been 2 weeks, it ought to have been here no matter how long and how many steps.

[color=#0000ff]Oh! If that's the case, why are people always clamouring for PoD? PoD should be when you need something but cash strapped at that instant.

I think some don't even know that when payment is made for an order, it's paid to Konga/Jumia (not seller) and until, perhaps, a week after package is received that funds are released to sellers. Just like AliExpress.

Someone once buzzed me sey, make I change my store to postpaid on Konga cuz he wan buy something and he's got trust issues. [/color]

Experienced something similar this week. Jumia delivery man called me, told me he's at so so place, I said you're not close to the address I dropped. A while later,I saw on my jumia notification that my order was cancelled.
E for no pain me too much, but I got a massive discount on that item and to reorder it would be almost double the price I initially paid.

You aren't aware that Nigeria PayPal accounts can only make payments with your debit card linked and not receive and send payment via email option?

Guys abeg anyone with this same issue and how to go about it.
I have been using geegpay card on AliExpress for awhile with no issues. But recently it started asking for billing address apart from normal shipping address you provided.
And I have inputted the billing address of the card on geegpay but I get a declined message everytime I try to place an order. "It shows transaction declined on geegpay cos of invalid billing address".
It just shows payment fail on AliExpress.
Anyone who can help on this ish.?
