Let the NNPC oil cartel be broken FG is at fault for allowing NNPC to become too powerful. It should have been broken into smaller Companies decades ago As soon as it started dictating to FG Go and read what Theodore Roosevelt did to the big US Cooperations that thought they were more powerful than US Govt He dealt with them!!! |

Ofunaofu:You make too many unintelligent comments on Nairaland. All you need is a little bit of education. When a market or sector is Deregulated, it means, there's absence of government control or interference. Therefore, the market forces dictate the ruling price in the market. The price of fuel will continue to rise or fluctuate for now until other refineries become operational or marketers import from other countries to boost supply, which eventually breaks Dangote's monopoly. |

What will happen to the price of pms? Dangote is a businessman that will want to cashout fast for his investment. Sometimes when Dangote come out to cry foul after being outplayed by FG, I just laugh because the poor masses will sympathize with him but at the end, it's the masses that suffers. NNPCL whatever they call themselves cannot fix the Warri, PH and Kaduna refineries to start refining pms but they can fix pump price for Dangote Refinery? Bunch of mofos |
