Personally I don't think so as polling unit results posted here and other social media platforms showed APC winning. Almost all APC chieftains won their units while that of pdp lost. Obaseki and Asue even struggled to win their units and Obaseki lost his LGA... In 2020, I recalled clearly that most polling unit results reveal Pdp winning and it ended same way finally.result upload on irev was not as quick as that of this year.

Between the hours of ,8 am till 6pm when voting and counting was ongoing, there was no incidence if violence,ballot snatching,rigging, diversion of materials etc. it was a peaceful protest...

Confusion started during the collation period when pdp raised alarm over the relocation of collation in Benin city to Inec headquarters and inec said this was due to insecurity..before then,2029 results were being circulated to show pdp in the lead...collation of Ikpoba okha LGA was then returned to the LGA..

Assuming there was rigging, it was minimal and didn't affect the final outcome because from the assertions of pdp, they lost. The pdp campaign team led by Governor Fintiri released results of 10 lgas which mostly tallied with what inec declared except in 2 lgas. They never bothered to release the remaining 8. They published result sheets of over voting in 20 units which isn't enough to affect the margin. They complained of violence in Etsako but failed to quote an alternative result.. the pdp chairman earlier this week stated that they believed they won based on preliminary results. What about the final results? Does it mean they are acting on assumptions and mere speculations?

Before the polls, indications clearly pointed to an APC victory. This is my own opinion.let others air theirs...

Exactly. How are we sure they were not planning to rig too? In 2015 Abia Guber election, Otti was about winning before Obingwa LGA dealt with him. He learnt from that in 2023

The dumb one is that man that doesn't know the meaning of state capture. Did you see the police or federal agents rigging elections? The pdp commended the conduct of the security if you must know...

Obaseki lost his Oredo LGA last year so it is no surprise. Besides APC has very strong presence in Oredo.even if he won,it makes no difference. Losing Oredo at least humiliated him forever

No sir, not true. Etsako west had a turnout of 55,000 out of 2000,000 voters. That's less than 30%.. Etsako east had 30,000 votes out of 120k voters which amounts to 25%. Etsako central 20,000 total votes out of 80,000 which is 25%. Owan west had 24k out of 90k which is about 30% while owan east polled 35k out of 110k which represents less than 40%. Akoko Edo had 50,000 out of 150k which is about 33%... Sir, where is the 90% turnout?

You are contradicting yourself as usual. Is it not polling units that make up a ward and then LGA summation? If some units have over voting,it will reflect.some lgas will certainly have over 50% turnout...
Pdp themselves just like I stated identified 20 units with over voting and if you remove them,it makes no difference... There is no polling unit that APC had 100% by the way...

The supreme court in Tinubu vs Obi and atiku never ruled on over voting. Over voting was never part of their prayers. Be guided.acceot that the election was credible
