2. Why has Fubara not take His commissioner list to the Amehuel faction instead of Uche Jumbo

3. All the law been proscribed by Amehule faction has nay of them been obeyed or signed into law.

4. LGA Chairman are already functioning in their various LGA Secretariat, what's next

It has not sir. Nothing about a court case is academic and even if it was, they would state it clearly. The budget is still running by the way. It goes beyond the budget and affects all businesses of the govt that needs legislative affirmation. All fubara has done from January iwithout Amaewhule imprint is null and anything he intends doing without his approval is void...the appeal court clearly stated that he must represent the budget to Amaewhule and must henceforth deal with Amaewhule. What is more clearer than this?
Taking this case to the apex court will not end well,they will make far reaching pronouncements that will damage Fubara and his lawyers. A word is enough for the wise
