Lawmakers are to make laws and be disciplined in their interpretation of the law with high regard to the Judiciary who are tasked with interpreting the law as the final destination But this self-styled misinterpreter of law Mr. Ugochinyere needs to be cautioned by the executive arm of President Bola Tinubu's administration as he goes about in the Media brazenly mis interpreting a whole court Judgement to suit his rebellious followers who has tickled and blocked their ears to what he misinterprets thereby causing citizens to rebel against the Nigerian Judicial Pronouncement made by our Honorable court of Justice, which he swore in his Oath of office to protect The Appeal Court on Thursday Declared Amaewhule the Authentic Speaker of Rivers state and Further recognized the 26 other Lawmakers in Rivers, giving them the highest recognition as we speak. However, Mr Ugochinyere came out on the Media and denied an obvious Judgment by insinuating that a defection issue was not addressed and that the people of Rivers should Act rebelliously to the Said Judgment. We can recall that when a Judgement Favors his interest ....it is deemed correct, example was when the Appeal Court in July ask Amaewhule and 26 others to maintain the Status quo ante, it was in favor of Ugochinyere, he jump up in celebration of a temporary ban on Amaewhule and 26 others, But now that the Table has turned and Amaewhule was reinstated by Appeal court, Ugochinyere Summersalt and turned 360 degrees denying That Amaewhule has not been reinstated, knowing fully that his majority followers are unschooled/half schooled and unlettered, he misrepresents Facts and encourage rebellion Today a federal high Court bars PDP Faction who did not conduct a convention but tried to remove acting National Chairman Damagun through the back door, in a surprise misinterpretation, Again Mr Ugochinyere went on air Misinterpreting the Court Judgement in a brazen manner not expected of a honorable lawmaker who swore to protect the process of Nigerian Laws Even if Nigerian laws are not working perfectly, it is not a a honorable lawmaker who swore to protect the process of Nigerian Laws that should turn around and be inciteful Ugochinyere Ikenga Needs to be reproved and let him Face Imo state that has enough issues which is his primary responsibility as their Lawmaker Benbellamor Is a Social Critic who canvass for keeping to the rule of Law. 4 Likes

Articles 42, 47, and 67 of PDP, it is only at the national convention of the party that national officers can be elected.
