Somebody used his personal money to initiate this and you're very sad about it. Is it your money? Is not everything you will be vexing on as long as it isn't public funds. We understand the govt is causing a lot of hardship to the people but when someone decides to use his personal money to appreciate another person for his or her contributions to the community, don't castigate them.
