You are a Christian because you were born and brought up one

If you were born into an Islamic family you would have ended up becoming Muslim, it's as simple as that

You can't be a Christian by birth that's a misconception, most people don't know what it means to be a Christian that's why they often claim they are Christians because they were born by churchgoers.
For someone to be a Christian he or she must first have the love of God rooted in his or her heart this is what will continue to drive the person's thoughts and feelings until he or she finds the truth and dedicate his or her life to the true God by getting baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit {Matthew 28:19-20} whoever has not come to know the truth about God, Jesus and holy spirit is not a Christian because such a person is still in spiritual bondage! John 8:32

Going to church alone is enough to tell you that the person is not a Christian because the word "Church" doesn't mean building rather it means a congregation or assembly of worshipers.

No! Some of these people have some measure of knowledge that makes them what they choose to be unlike churchgoers who only feel he is a Christian simply because he goes to a worship center.

What makes a child keep continue believing in Christ through out his life time is that spontaneous teaching of the word of God starting from his parents at home.
That spontaneous teaching of the word is what makes the child end up to become Christian
Charity begins at home.

Now going by what you just typed how many churches BELIEVE in Jesus?
Remember they are to PRACTICE what he taught so as to stand out as his WITNESSES {Act 1:8} loving their neighbors as themselves {Mark 12:31} loving fellow worshipers as Jesus was willing to die for them {John 13:34-35} and standing out in a generation where POLITICS and RACISM {John 17 :14-16} is leading many to hate and kill their neighbors! Revelations 6:3-4
So do they truly BELIEVE (TRUST) in what this first century young man say? Matthew 7 :21-23; 15:8-9

Of course when talking about salvation it's the knowledge of God and Christ that mankind needs {John 17:3} but generally speaking those you refer to as Atheists, Agnostics, Buddhists and others have a measure of knowledge that make them feel they are better than Bible believers that's why you see them speaking up here and on other forums!
