Meaning he has been transporting his cement at cheaper rate for a long time... The guy is really wise

I believe if more CNG stations are built, more commercial vehicles will switch to CNG, thereby reducing cost of transport... One of the things holding people back is the unavailability of CNG stations

Even if CNG becomes as available as sand , & cheap too , transporters will still be adamant in reducing prices of fare . It's a Nigerian / black man thing .
