Take this simple instance:A barber who doesn't enjoy constant electric power supply to render his services but depends on alternative power source like generator needs to fuel it and again the cost of electricity per kilowat hour has also been increased.The cost of PMS is now N985-N1,300 per litre.Would you still expect him not to increase the cost of his services to customers?
