Some tenants are just diabolic , that's how I saw one who stayed put for years without paying rent , Landlord served all the Notices and filed a Claim in Court , she still didn't pay ,, Until Judgement was given for Execution, and her properties were seized and taken to bus in a convoy of 18 seater buses .

Upon arrival in Court , it didn't take an hour before she made the transfers to offset all her debts claiming that a family member suddenly came through.
