Have you heard of "prepaid dollar card?" It's a dollar debit card issued by some commercial banks to interested people. With it, you can shop globally on any platform that accepts usd. Banks like Gtb, Zenith and UBA (I got one from them about 2 years ago) do engage in such a deal

It is interesting to note that you don't have to be an existing customer of the issuing bank to qualify for the card. All you need is to walk up to the banking hall with your NIN and a passport photograph and then make a request for it. But, be aware that you'd have to pay a compulsory annual maintenance fees which varies with banks.

Almost all commercial banks do. I said commercial banks not your Palmpay and Opay.

Examples GTB, UBA, Access, FBN, Zenith, Providus, Sterling, Wema, Globus just to name a few.

Get a paypal account, link Grey to it, buy paypal funds at cheaper rates, withdraw through Grey and use their virtual card. That's what I do.

Is it possible that NIPOST Can steal one's package?
If they open it, and see that it's something very valuable, do they steal it, either the team or Person?


(We know this is standard well well in the past, but is it still very active right now too? )

And with every organisation include religious entities there are always bad eggs which tend to want to spoil the good work others are doing

And I'm asking "is it still so"?
With the rebranding and remodelling in recent years, is it still happening? I would expect it should have reduced considerably.

They've stolen mine, Plenty times. And they have stolen that of many people I know, many times. This was/is a common something.
Still happened to me about 4 years ago. Small items even, very much smaller items.

I will check my bookmarks on twitter now and share like three tweets/ thread there I saved. Long long discussions on the behaviour & history of NIPOST, from times back to recent times.
This very common knowledge.

Only got one issue of theft via post office. But I doubt it was the post office people, may likely be customs. Got a refund from AliExpress though. If I'm to rate NIPOST that's a 7/10. The only thing I find annoying is the slow shipping, when compared with Speedaf. Also their sometimes slow rate of updating tracking. Package I picked last week is still showing in tracking as if goods is yet to be picked.

The 7/10 rating you are giving them is based on recent years, the rejuvenation and change in the last 5, to 7, 8 Years. And/Or you being Lucky.

Go and check & research on the situation of NIPOST since the 90s... we have been using NIPOST since the late 90s early to mid 2000s, there are more than enough stories.
Even from the time of this new rebirth, there are more than enough stories.

All those sellers on Aliexpress, ebay and Amazon that don't ship to Nigeria is because of the menace of those people, when items keep on missing once it arrives Nigeria, that's why they stopped shipping to Nigeria.
