After frustrating Nigerians cheesy

I had to transfer funds to my friend today as he was standing somewhere in Lagos stranded no thanks to zenith bank💔

Nigeria is just a ANY HOW country and everything goes.

Zenith Bank used to be one of the reliable & dependable Banks in Nigeria but unfortunately it is no longer credible.

I didn't even notice zenith bank failure this time around

Because have learnt that as a Nigerian you should always subscribe to multiple services
Have like five banks accounts and spread your money all over them incase they want to fuckkk up

Exactly what I did....I have zenith account, wema account, stanbic account, UbA, first bank
If any one decides to mumu itself then I switch

Same thing I did with telecoms I have airtel, glo mtn and Etisalat

Now it is gtbank . Since morning I have been trying to transfer money for my children food. That's the only account I have money in.

Na wa.

Never got any notification of upgrade or challenges and still didn't receive this notification of restoration.

However, long before I learned about this issue I've not been able to get my transaction history or back statement beyond the present month. Tried both the mobile app and Internet banking. Same thing.

Even now, I can only get statement within the last 3 months can't get anything earlier than 14th July, 2024 and I'm seriously in need of statement for April to July.

This company should just change all their branches to Mr biggs, all they care about is hiring light skin women at their customer service desks.
And at the end of year they will give them best Bank award, shior!
They are just living in thier past glory

Use bank.

I transferred 61k to my palmpay since 10th I can't find my money.

It's not on zenith neither is it in palmpay and I'm yet to get a refund.

This is after 1 week frustration of not seeing money sent to me

But GT Bank informed you guys ahead. Nigerian banks have their shortcomings but you can't blame them for system upgrade which is a necessary routine. If it is not upgraded, it is you the same people who will start complaining again.

Next time, spread your funds out so that there are other channels to transact.

Upgrade should be over by the end of today
