I didn't even notice zenith bank failure this time around

Because have learnt that as a Nigerian you should always subscribe to multiple services
Have like five banks accounts and spread your money all over them incase they want to fuckkk up

Exactly what I did....I have zenith account, wema account, stanbic account, UbA, first bank
If any one decides to mumu itself then I switch

Same thing I did with telecoms I have airtel, glo mtn and Etisalat

They sent countless mails..so nah you do yourself..
I had to transfer some money from my Gtbank to Palmpay to keep me running for at least a week before dem go finish their nonsense upgrade..

But GT Bank informed you guys ahead. Nigerian banks have their shortcomings but you can't blame them for system upgrade which is a necessary routine. If it is not upgraded, it is you the same people who will start complaining again.

Next time, spread your funds out so that there are other channels to transact.

Yes, GTBANK issued a Notice and in that notice, the bank gave an Assurance that the channels will become active by 9.00am today. That failed.
Again another notice was sent promising 12noon today but that has also failed.

If that makes sense to you, it shows how shallow-minded you are.

Zenith Bank used to be one of the reliable & dependable Banks in Nigeria but unfortunately it is no longer credible.

Majority of their IT department don Japa, others now work on part time

All they have now are very fair ladies working in customer service, as if that'll translate to better performance

I was not informed. I don't dull myself like that, I would have removed everything in that account.

System failures or breakdowns do occure the world over, sometime early this year there was a europewide disruption with card payment systems that lasted for hours, luckily though ATMs were still dispensing cash.

System failure is not a nigerian thing.

It's not restored fully, I still have pending credits, and after mailing and reach out to the branches, nothing is done, my money still hanging since 9 October, went to make complaints today all of a sudden my Bank app stopped working, I rush go open fidelity...funny thing is they're not the first to do this system upgrade whatever. They can't do what MFBs do, yet they want to dissolve them by any means possible, talking about the likes of Kuda, Opay and Moniepoint

I am just from the bank (less than ten minutes ago).

Customer trust have reduced, 69% are asking about failed Transfer and they tell us to line up to do bank statement. Na bank statement we go chop!

They said "system upgrade" for why I haven't received my salary since it was sent on October 2nd (two weeks ago).

Please does anybody have access to Sportybet contact number. I made a withdrawal from my Sportybet account to Zenith bank, but yet to be credited.

I have complained to Sporty via chat and they advised me to go back to my Bank.

I just left Zenith bank, where I was asked to contact Sportybet to recall the money. Is this possible, Sporty users?

Sportybet is now our darling daddy after Buhari. However, pleas avoid it if you don't have regular and enough income. Otherwise, na Village you dey go

Wetin wan carry me enter bank....as soon as tins go back to normal m closing my zenith account of 19yrs.Ano do again
