"before Ojuku an Igbo man declared the
republic of biafra in may 1967
Isaac Adaka Boro an Ijaw man had already declared the
Niger delta republic in february 1966.
Boro had formed the niger delta
volunteer force an armed militia with
members consisting mainly of his fellow
ethnic group declared the niger delta
republic on february 23 1966 and fought
nigeria's federal forces for 12 days but
they were eventually defeated and then
jailed by the Ironsi an Igbo man federal
military government [and Ojuku an Igbo man eastern governor] for treason"

But it was Gowon from Kanke Local Government Area in Plateau State that later set Boro free and Boro later became a major in the Nigeria army and helped to tame the Biafra army.

The Igbos started the civil war because they wanted to take the lands of the Niger Delta from the people that own the Niger Delta, because the Europeans came and created Nigeria and put some parts of the Niger Delta in the SE then and the Igbo coup of 1967 made Ojukwu the military governor of the SE region.

But with adoption of unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system beginning 1999-2001, the 12 northern sharia states started preparing for separation for Arewa Islamic Republic but still clutch tight to one Nigeria because of lucre in the south.

Dude do not be stupid, The area known as Biafra was the old eastern region which included Niger Delta. You also failed to tell people that Biafra had more SS people in their Cabinet and also the number 2 man of Biafra was Maj Gen Philip Effiong.
Also note again that Adaka Boro was very insincere about his struggle. Let me tell you why. He claimed that he was marginalized by the igbo. But he failed to tell people that he was a beneficiary of Eastern region scholarship, most igbos were not beneficiaries ooo. He was two time SUG president in an Eastern region igbo dominated UNN and he was voted by igbos for that post.
Again in his book he said he wanted a Niger Delta for only Ijaws, forgetting that Niger Delta has other tribes and also minority igbos too in it. Most people fighting for separation are doing so because of power, which they cannot achieve in an expanded setting, but they will set to achieve it easily once the major people who they perceive as obstacles are removed.
Tinubu the current president was a serious supporter of regionalism and resource control, but what happened when he gained power? Did he talk about it again? The answer is No. This is the same thing that will happen with these agitations, because there will always be agitations within.

Again How did Boro tame the army? he didn't do that in all honesty, again he died under mysterious circumstances, they claimed he was killed by a Biafran Snipper, but the area where he was killed was cleared of Biafran troops. Also history has always dodged the fact that Boro and Black scorpion Benjamin Adekunle never related well and that the latter envied him and also Benjamin had a penchant to set up soldiers to be killed especially if he doesn't fancy them.
This was clearly the fate of Boro because the army rifle that killed him was testified by Boro's people as a Nigerian army standard issue.

Please reference this link, you will see the truth. Adekunle obviously killed Boro because he feared his fame.

Southerners are mostly lazy and disunited

No southern politician supports the disintegration of the country, just because they're mostly selfish and self centered,
No southern politician cares about their people,
They see Nigeria as a cash cow while all their families reside abroad.

The South think themselves as smart, but they're highly dumb,
imagine if the nation's resources was located in Sokoto and environs..
Just imagine?.. Do you think there will be a country called Nigeria still existing on the planet.

The South is mostly lazy and ununited,
They depend solely on the north for what they consume and mind you the borders remains shut. even though the country can't feed itself.
That's weird as I always thought the North were the lazy ones, you learn something new albeit false everyday wink.

WE ARE WAITING FOR THE DAY ISIS, BOKO HARAM AND ARMED FULANI HERDSMEN FROM THE SAHEL REGION COMPLETELY OVERRUN NIGERIA.
The so-called politicians representing the southern regions have bought their exit tickets for themselves and their families; they are waiting for the D-day, the day the religious extremists from Nigeria and beyond will take over Nigeria completely - politically or militarily using the instruments of Nigeria's federal government.
A country to be governed with Sharia criminal justice system is what the political and religious leaders in the 12 Sharia states want; the same objective with ISIS of West Africa and Boko haram. It's like what happened in Afghanistan.

YAWN…..

WE HAVE BEEN HEARING USELESS ELEMENTS PREDICTING NIGERIAN BREAK UP FOR OVER 40 YEARS, AND IT STILL NEVER HAPPENS, AND WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

IT’S ALWAYS THE USELESS UNEMPLOYED LOAFERS AND IDIOTS LIKE THIS NORTHERN RIFFRAFF SEEKING ATTENTION WHO COME UP WITH THIS NONSENSE.

MEANWHILE THE BIG BOYS WHO KEEP THE COUNTRY ROLLING, FROM INDUSTRIALISTS LIKE DANGOTE, INNOSON, AIR PEACE, AND GLO, TO POLITICAL LEADERS, TO THE NIGERIAN ARMED FORCES, HAVE ZERO INTEREST IN THE DISSOLUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA.

AS IN BIG FAT ZERO.

SO HOW WILL NIGERIA BREAK UP?

KEEP DREAMING ABOUT DISSOLUTION IN YOUR POVERTY STRICKEN HEADS INSTEAD OF UPGRADING YOURSELVES AND DOING SOMETHING USEFUL WITH YOUR LIVES.

Well if you say the North should be ready to separate from the country it means you say they should be ready to move to the the Sahara Desert areas of Africa 🌍

The North don't need any security architecture, they are the insecurity we face in Nigeria

98% of terrorists and bandits in Nigeria are Muslims and Northerners

Why is northern & southern Nigeria together or northern & southern Lebanon together. These are regions with different ideologies merged together by the colonialists. Time to discuss separation so that every region should pursue their interests.
Some people want to go where there's 72 virgins whether by violence or by all means, how do you grow a country with such a people?

In all honesty, each region should seek for self determination.

At least, that will ease the problems confronting us.
Re: North Must Prepare For Possible Separation, Says Prof. Lugga by VULCAN(m): 6:35pm On Oct 14, 2024
So you must respect the Biafrans who said they wanted to leave over 50yrs ago but your people slaughtered them and forced them to stay as unwanted guests!

Nasman:
I strongly agree with Prof. Sani Abubakar Lugga's call for the North to unite and prepare for self-determination. The region must:

1. Unite to defend its rights and interests.
2. Take proactive measures to address security challenges.
3. Prepare for potential separation from Nigeria.

Community-led actions are crucial to address socioeconomic and security issues. The North must take charge of its destiny and prepare for the future.

E go soon happen. Tpain might be the last president of this contraption. Biafrans are ready to exit, Yoruba nation is getting ready, the north is realizing how vulnerable they are.

2027 would be a decider. The north will try to resist TPain and his gang. There would be crisis and a possible disintegration.

ONE MORE THING.

THOSE CALLING FOR BREAK UP HAD BETTER BE PREPARED TO MIGRATE EN MASSE BACK TO THEIR REGIONS AFTER THE BREAK UP.

WE CANNOT HAVE ABUJA OR LAGOS FILLED WITH MILLIONS OF IGBO FOREIGNERS.

THEY WILL BE DEPORTED BACK TO ABA AND UMUAHIA.

SO BETTER PREPARE FOR MASS RELOCATION BACK TO YOUR REGIONS.

IF YOU ARE IN LAGOS OR ABUJA OR KANO AND ARE NOT FROM THERE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHTS YOU DO TODAY, IN THOSE PLACES.

YOU WILL BE A FOREIGNER.

YOU WILL BE STOPPED REGULARLY BY THE POLICE AND ASKED TO PRODUCE YOUR RESIDENCY PAPERS OR FACE DEPORTATION AND JAIL.

SO BETTER BE READY FOR THAT BREAK-UP YOU ARE CALLING FOR.

LOW IQ PEOPLE WITH NO SENSE.

YOU WILL BREAK UP AND THEN BE LIMITED IN MOVEMENT TO YOUR VILLAGE. THEN YOU WILL BE HAPPY.

If you understand economics, scale, capacity and the origin of functional states, separation is not the answer
