Artscollection:It initiative decades late. We found oil years back but functioning refinery was nowhere. If we had some this on time we would have invested deep to sustain the next generation of development like the rest of the world. One era serve as a precursor to the next. You live in relation to the others what you think is your economy, is actually chained to a global system of production. So you not as isolated as you think. If the world is moving in a direction and we are not fully on board we are left behind. It's part of the reason we will always retain the tag of "developing nation. We are not proactive. Imagines still being in the era of coal. |

Adakintroy:But there is no way we are going to criss cross from the developing stage to the developed stage with expensive energy, it's not feasible. China is the top manufacturing destination for green gadgets but as of last Yr they are still constructing coal powered plant that can generate 30000 mega watts( just one of the plants) what iam saying is that we should invest in low cost energy source to industrialise our nation first b4 any other thing. |

Father254:see how hate has damaged your brain the metro in Tanzania was developed by the country while the one in Lagos was done by state govt, a subnational with limited resources compared to a county. If you had a working brain, you should know the difference, and btw do you have one in your shitty region? Not even a modern transport infrastructure like the brt ![]() |

Artscollection:I agree with you. Better late than never I guess. But we will always be playing catch up to the rest of the world at this rate of initiative. The world is already thinking nuclear at a time we still yet to sought our electricity struggle. We always in deficit in a sense. If the world is stable in electricity and thinking A.I. then naturally their rate of productivity in all sense will keep dwarfing ours. It no wonder the naira keep doing the chase. The momentum is not there. But i like to believe we can do this. am very positive about our course. Need to be smart and quick on our feet. Two hundred million strong and counting. Common!. Should be a lot easier! |

Adakintroy:I prefer we swim in the lake we are use to, there is nothing special about those green gadget. The west started pushing the green initiative the moment they exhausted their cheap source of energy and they want to keep us down by selling the expensive green whatever which is not even green knowing fully well that we can't afford it. The wast is also very dangerous to the environment, takes thousands of yrs to be harmless. |
