1. There are subsidy programs in America. Better still they are instead more SAFTEY NET programs than mere subsidy programs.

2. I disagree! Safety nets are meant to cushion the effects of the reforms and so it is the reason why they are suggested as part of the reforms to be implemented — the creation of policies is not where these reforms should end.

3. Corruption is not a good enough reason to object to common sense reforms. Rather, it is a reason for insistence by all that beneficial implementation of reforms should be carried out beyond the creation of policies.
