I agree Buhari's regime brought banditry and kidnapping....but as for Bokoharam and suicide bomb attack at Borno...Buhari decimated them.

Once again try and be sensible and stop throwing conjectures. Ndume is not saying BH didn't happen during GEJs regime. He is old, but he is far sensible than you, moreso that you cannot even comprehend what he meant. He is saying that GEJ took decisive steps during the last minutes of his administration against BH, by employing private contractors and they pushed back BH.
APC rather were using media to hide so many things. it was clear that BH were back already in Borno and in control of LGAs during Buhari's tenure.
