When last did you eat an apple and how much is it in your area?

This is the smallest variety that used to sell for ₦60, but I bought it for ₦350 yesterday.

We're not giving the needed awareness for this......

So I overheard someone saying a couple of days ago that "na ritualists dey eat apples now"

I just SMH.

Apples that one use to buy like 10 at a go...

A sizable apple here in warri costs 600.

Small one, 300 - 400.

Sure I have not tasted apple this year.

Although I'm not a nutritionist, I believe it is both economically and nutritionally better to combine 4 to 5 cheap fruits together than to consume just one expensive fruit like apple.

I do eat fruits everyday. A combination of water melon, pawpaw, bananas, cucumber and orange/tangerine have been my saving grace so far.

With just 600 to 800 Naira, I can get this combo in slices and pieces. That's how I do it everyday.

Even plantain now is very expensive.. a bunch with just 4 plantain I'd 1200. I used to think I couldn't live a week without bean, sliced plantain and custard/ijebu garri on a Saturday morning.. Just look at

Weekends, I always stock Apples, Bananas and Avocados. I don't joke with them.

Some persons adviced this foreign apples are not healthy cuz or preservatives though.,..I've been curious of some of it weird taste..

it's almost as expensive as petrol now. Lol

Is this what we’ve come to? This is why I can never see children here as human. Ordinary apple na luxury? Hungry apes.

Doctors don't want to be kept away; they need patronage. So, na them run am make them keep the apples away from us.

But seriously, even doctors self no de chop one apple per day. Everything don cast!

Last Saturday. My wife usually buy for kids.

The bitter and painful truth is that most of the apple been sold in Nigeria today are GMO apple which isn't really good to the health. So, eating one GMO apple per day isn't healthy.
