This is not good for afrcan football

It's appear that the safety of the plane, pilot, crew, and passengers was not taken into consideration; someone just want to bare their fangs without let or hinderance.

This testimony by the pilot is a damning indictment. What if there was insufficient fuel in the aircraft? Maybe by now they will be looking for some blackbox that will never be found.

Nigeria should escalate things. Planned escalation.

Threaten to leave CAF if Libya is not sactioned heavily and banned for years for this. Just do some serious gragra. These north Africans have done this for a long time. The pilot allegedly told them of the dangers involved and this thing could have easily gone wrong.

Even if its mere gragra, just try to escalate and make everyone involved to sweat a little bit. That order for them to land elsewhere came from "the highest authority" according to the pilot, so it was politically deliberate.

Yes, i am supporting them! Until Naigeeria fix their atitude and treatment towards their own citizens and corruptions, they shouldn't complain about any martreatments by foreigners. Fix your own forking country first!

Baba, there are important things to escalate in Nigeria.

People are getting kidnapped daily, fuel is super expensive in a country with wack electricity, poor minimum wage and terrible purchasing power.
I had to close down one of my businesses last week because of fueling expenses.
These are what we should focus on to escalate. I wonder how Nigerians are so at peace with their leaders and always want other leaders to do the right things.
U want CAF to act but we always make excuses for our politicians becus they are from our ethnic group

This took my mind to chapecoense football club flight disaster that crashed due to fuel exhaustion as a result of diversion and delays from the control tower. Libya endangered our super eagles. What an unnecessary and senseless risk.
