Who will give them? LGA is an independent arm of government like federal and state. They don't owe either of other tiers to impress them. You can become an LG boss and start looting money, nobody can question you. When a country has a mentality of getting into power to loot money, you should know you don't have a country in the first place. |

Who will then own the money? The LG or the chairman? If it's the LG thsn it's not encouraging enough, I might as well loot #20b in 1 year instead of waiting on a 1b that goes back to the LG and not my pocket. Whom then are you compensating? |
