as much as I understand your sacarsm but it's important to prioritize your spending. Peter obi shares money to those who really need it. Not greedy ashawo delegates that collect money from different politicians. Obi has already told you that he's not desperate in becoming a president.

The PhD guy will not see this to emulate, but will sit somewhere in Kanu and be shouting PhD up and down.

That has always been the problem of Nigeria. Can someone explain to me in a very simple terms how this bus will be of benefit to more than 1,000 nursing students in that institution.
