Am I the only one that thinks all shows nowadays can't compare to how Game of Thrones made people feel?
There're good shows but there's no Game of Thrones and it fckin sucks. I wish I could erase Game of Thrones from my mind and rewatch over again.

It's very clear that she or the "baby" may turn out to be a monster.

Also, the scene where one of the monsters gave Boyd the keys in exchange for Randall shows that they are somehow intelligent and know what exactly they're doing.

Amazon actually listened to the fans complaints and did the right thing.

That mid-season break was a terrible idea and it killed the hype for season 2.

I don't really think they actually listened to fans. They were merely just protecting their interests after seeing S2 losing steam with people moving on to other rival's content.

Amazon don't have much shows going for it asides the show and LOTR so they had to do something fast.
Netflix got tons of animation doing wondrous works yearly and Amazon had nothing it could respond with. Then there's Netflix biggest animation ARCANE back in town. So your guess is as good as mine.

she left his window open, so that he would survive. She use carbon monoxide poisoning, and when carbon monoxide mixes with "Air" (oxygen), it quickly becomes Carbon dioxide which is non-toxic. You can see in the scene, that the view pans to the window to reveal it was open.

So I finally watched The Penguin after all the praises I saw online...

And yeah, it's good. Far better than I expected.
It doesn't even feel like a show related to a superhero verse.

The character writing is the most impressive part of the show so far to me. I didn't expect character writing of this level from a superhero related show. Sofia for instance is such a really well-written character...

Honestly, the only reason why I was hesitant to watch it is due to the terrible writing of superhero related series like MoonKnight...

Terrible superhero verse related shows like MoonKnight completely killed any sort of vibe to watch superhero related shows...

But I'm glad I gave this show a chance

And where did IGN's 5/10 for this show come from?
The remaining episodes would have to be extremely poor to match that 5/10 scoreline
