Wike should go and sleep.. he will NEVER smell that PDP ticket. Of course his chance of getting APC ticket is harder than that of being struck by lightening while holding a million dollar lottery ticket. It is over for him politically.

The fact that you got admission into University without writing jamb and others also gained admission in other Universities as well still does not make you a legitimate student. If the University authorities decide to cover up for the other students and help them to graduate its fine. But if someone challenges your admission for not writing jamb, you cannot say that you are a legitimate student because other students in other schools didn't write jamb as well.

So the fact that they did same in other states does not make it legitimate. Note that the court only entertains matters brought to it and will not go and start interfering in matters that does not concern them.

Sometime ago the National PDP said that all State excos whose tenures were expiring should continue for another 6 months.
But Wike connived with Damagun to change the names for Rivers state.
Fubara as sitting governor now used APP to win his LGAs.
We all know that these LGA chairmen will decamp back to PDP as soon as he gets the structure like other sitting governors.
So tell me what is anti party here?

Can you gain admission in any Federal University today without Jamb or UTME? The answer is NO. So if anybody gives you an admission without Jamb and Post UME, the admission is invalid. The constitution expressly provide that to conduct local government elections, certain conditions must be met first before the election. The conditions were not met and that was why the court stopped RSIEC from conducting the election which the governor violated and still went ahead to conduct the elections against court ruling. He still has 27 Assembly members on his side and you still say Sim is wining how?

No court stopped RISIEC from conducting the LGA election.... Justice Lifu ordered INEC not to release the Voters Register to RISIEC and also ordered the Police, DSS not to participate in the election.
The RISIEC have gotten the voters register from INEC since october 2023 and that was used to conduct the election.. I have a polling unit in my street and till now the voters register is still on the walls of the building.
Please if there is any court ruling that says the LGA election should not hold post the link here....

You will come to supreme court to explain all these since you know more than the judge that issued the express order.
