Since you have already been treated at the hospital. Just take your drugs and avoid water pouring on it. Keep it clean from anything that can infect it.

Just be going for regular dressings with appropriate dressing materials and necessary drugs and it will heal.May just take some time.

It's either you get povidone or povidone plus ( the plus is a combination of iodine and metronidazole specifically meant for sores.

You didn't go a hospital, you went to a chemist shop who sold drugs to you. Trained medics would have peeled off the burnt skin, treated and dressed the wound. That's not a 3rd degree burn, you won't be needing skin grafts. However, thr burnt skin will need to be peeled off so you can apply antibiotics and other treatments to the wound and dress it. Go to a hospital and get proper treatment instead of a chemist shop.
