Crossdresser, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky has denied claims of giving money to the Falanas to help secure a presidential pardon while he served his term in prison for Naira abuse.



He stated this on his Instastories hours after the Falanas gave him 12 hours 2 apologize for the claims he reportedly made in viral audio clip VDM released last month.



Recall that VDM had released two audio clips purportedly of Bobrisky speaking to a man. In one of the recordings, the person claimed to be Bobrisky said that he had spoken with Falz to request his help in convincing his father (Falana) to secure a presidential pardon, which allegedly involved a payment of N10 million. The person further claimed that he asked Falz for N3 million to ensure preferential treatment at Kirikiri Correctional Centre.



In another audio released by VeryDarkMan, the person claimed to be Bobrisky alleged he had paid N5 million upfront to a Senior Advocate of Nigeria to obtain a Federal Government pardon for charges filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).



In the statement released in his Instagram page, Bobrisky insisted he is not the person in the viral audio clip. He said his lawyer will release a statement to this effect.

The onus is still on Bobrisky to disprove VDM's voicenotes with his voice on it which he still hasn't done.

He has already proven it is Bobrisky's unmistakeable voice. Bobrisky is the one denying it.

So Bobrisky has to disprove VDM's audio as fake (which he can't). This is where the can of worms will open.


Like Fufeyin, Falana made a grave mistake by suing VDM for N500m. The only thing that can save the Falanas is if truly, they are not the SANs in question.

Either way, a SAN is going down.

Proving it in court is straight forward.
"Your Honour, the voice in the audio is Bobrisky"
Simple

The court will then summon Bobrisky to disprove it (which he can't).

Like I said above, the Falanas will only be spared if they are truly not Bobrisky's SAN. Which means Bobrisky will have to provide that SAN.

don't forget Faz already confirmed speaking to Bob. He ought to be humble enough to apologise and moved on. Falana just wanted to clear his name and he already promised not to proceed with criminal case against them

The Falanas should stop being petty. Bobrisky is not the first person to be released from prison.

The case against Bobrisky from Falana's lawyers serves as additional proof that the recording was not doctored. The fact that the House of Reps launched an investigation into the events at the EFCC and the prisons based on the recording also proves it was not a fake.

Insinuations and innuendos can only be deemed defamatory by a court of law... the Falanas have yet to take VDM to court on this.

2. This isn't a cyberstalking case. This case will get nowhere if the Cybercrimes Act is involved as it only provides for the distribution of pornographic!

As for how VDM got the audio, you should go back to the beginning to learn this at least.

Clear his name? After all he has done, I am a lot more suspicious of him than ever before. All this media rumble IS NOT how to clear one's name abeg!

In at least one of the many interviews Falana has given on this issue to clear his name, he claimed that he had gotten over 300 Nigerian pardons in Nigeria and internationally. While searching up Falana's use of presidential pardons for instance, I found a report that claimed that Falana's firm requested presidential pardons for petty thieves some time ago in addition to some already granted pardons by the President. Among those granted pardons were 2 politicians who stole over a billion Naira each. Why would such happen or be allowed?
