I don't think you watch the match, Nigerian would have scored more than 12 goals if not for the effort and some brilliant save from the New Zealand goalie.
Our girls as usual has been wasteful in front of goals especially CHIDI. She lack communication and shes selfish. Some brilliant move instead of connecting with her teammates, her face is always on the ground and at the end waste it.
Shes the striker but did not record any goal, i believe she will improve in the next match.

You people will always talk for the sake of it. Looking at these girls , what makes almost all of them different from the average 17 years old you see around you? One of them is even 14 years. I think the politics in grassroot football is denying her the chance to play for Nigeria at that level

Coaches and critics may feel that U17, U20 should be strictly home base players

Imagine always inviting her for competitions from the abroad to play at that level when e no be Super falcons

I suspect there is the idea that she is not physical enough. If strength was the sole criteria in female football Spain would not be where they are.

Plumptre suffered from that perception initially but she was given the chance to prove them wrong.

A less charitable reason ( left field) is that there is zero mileage in including a player with a foreign club when there are indigenous players at that level who can be sold by their clubs at a hefty profit. Don't ask me what a national coach could stand to gain from that 🙈

Or again maybe she just isn't good enough ( until Ireland cap her of course)
