The reforms are aiding in the rapid repayment of loans received from world Bank. This is their interest in Nigeria. Anything that will aid the repayment of loan even if it is throat cutting to the citizens it doesn't concern them.
If laboratory rats are not available a black man can be used for economic experiment.
