I believe SAN title should have a 6 months validity period. That is after every 6 month every lawyer should study, write and pass the law course to be eligible for the next 6 months SAN title.

Olisa Agbakoba should go to court and ventilate his position. Anyway, the matter is before the Supreme Court. He should allow the Court to adjudicate on it rather than taking to the media to express his view. I wonder why Nigerian lawyers make comment on a matter that is already subjudiced afterall he has a right as friend of court to submit his position to court on the matter.
