Everyone knows the religion usually associated with terrorism everywhere and all over the globe. And like I said earlier, if as Igbo, you are doing your new religion in your privacy and not using the usual tactics of forcing people into it, using terrorists modus operandi which has been the main reason advanced countries frown at Islam, then your head may still remain on your shoulders but if on the contrary, just know that Igboland is a place where you will not live to tell your story with such attempt

Well, I do believe that your unlettered prophet preached the messages that his Allah gave him, but I do not believe that his Allah is the same with the Triune God of the Christians and Jews - The true Abrahamic religion.

What I do find funny though, is the fanfare around an Igbo man becoming an Islamic scholar, it's like seeing a falling star, a rarity to behold and maybe weep over.

Here's the thing, If the Christians should hold such a fanfare for every time a Hausa/fulani converts to become Gospel preachers and singers, it would be a nonstop party, and although we know heaven rejoices indefinitely, but alas, we are on earth and there's so much shouting for joy that one can do before He/she losses their voice.

It almost makes me feel bad for the Yoruba Muslim scholars who are still regarded with suspicion, and aren't fully welcome into your Muslim community -Ummah. Poor guys.

I don't think it's mandatory even in Nigeria's constitution to include a tribal name, talk less of religion.
