the difference is when chinese reform started, the economy started growing exponentially. Any reform that impoverish a nation can't bring any fruits in future. It is just that they keep underestimating the level of corruption and incompetence of the leaders and followers.

Until corruption is reduced to a reasonable extent, good economic policies cannot work in Nigeria.
