Raised 1.7 billion dollars which for a.city the size of Lagos is poor. And the annoying thing is some of it would be looted.

New York is the size of Lagos. It's 2021 budget is ,98.7 billion. That is why they have no serious issues like flooding.

That goes to show you why all our leaders including frog eyes are useless and why we need to change the way we have been doing things since independence

By running an economy based on manufactured goods and services
