Since when is a straight red one match ban?

the rule is straight red card for violent conduct, like very bad tackle, or u fight someone... its 2 to 6matches ban depending on how bad u did...but professional tackle like u prevented a goal scoring opportunity like Saliba did is just one match ban just like double yellow card.
